We are currently seeking a dedicated Advertising Specialist  with background  as Social Media Buyer who is fluent in Spanish and Chinese to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). The Role

We are looking for a strategic Advertising Specialist  to manage and optimize paid social campaigns targeting the Mexican market. Due to the nature of the market, this role requires flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Mexico’s working hours. You will be responsible for the full cycle of media buying, from strategy and execution to reporting, ensuring maximum ROI and user acquisition growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (primarily on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant networks) to acquire high-value users.
• Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies specific to the Spanish-speaking demographic (Mexico), utilizing first-party data and lookalike audiences.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance in real-time; analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and scale successful initiatives.
• Market Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with cultural nuances, holidays, and market trends in Mexico to tailor campaigns effectively.

Requirements

• Language: Fluent in Spanish and Chinese. Fluency in English will be considered a significant advantage.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in iGaming (online casino, sportsbook, or betting).
• Work Schedule: You should willing and able to adjust working hours to align with Mexico’s time zone, which includes working night shifts until 2:00 am.
• Mobility: Must be willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Candidates currently residing in Vietnam or those with a strong willingness to relocate are preferred.
