Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll (US & Canada) including:
- Payroll processing, taxes, garnishments
- General ledger & reconciliations
- Vendor management
- Oversee payroll team performance, mentoring, and development
- Ensure SOX compliance, audits, and regulatory adherence
- Partner with: HR, HRIS, Finance, Tax, Accounting teams
- Handle: Payroll reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end)
- W-2s, tax filings, payroll deposits
- Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and system updates
- Lead process improvements and system enhancements (e.g., SuccessFactors/Employee Central)
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll issues

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in-house payroll experience
- Experience managing full-cycle payroll operations
Strong knowledge of:
