We are looking for an Senior Product Designer based in India who is excited about working remotely for a Canadian company! You will serve a key role in developing a cutting-edge, innovative cloud-based platform that provides tools and services for managing a production pipeline for animation, games and VFX projects.  #WorkFromHome

Job Title: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) 

Job Type: Full Time (100% Remote - India)

Experience: 7+ Years

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive workflows for complex systems such as production tracking, pipeline management, and community collaboration tools.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to uncover pain points, validate design directions, and guide product decisions.
• Translate complex creative workflows into clear, scalable UI/UX patterns that make day-to-day tasks simple for diverse users.
• Manage and evolve our design system in Figma, maintaining visual and functional consistency across the platform.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality implementation and alignment between design intent and technical execution.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure usability remains at the core of product decisions.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and document design directions, user flows, and specifications for new features and improvements.
• Prioritize effectively — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver meaningful impact.

What You Need:

• 7+ years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS or creative production tools built primarily for Desktop usage.
• A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design for complex, multi-user or workflow-driven products.
• Deep expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• A strong eye for visual design craft — skilled in layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction details.
• Solid understanding of responsive layouts, component-based design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, turning insights into actionable design outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in English is critical, both written and verbal.
