Job Description

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to design and build the technical infrastructure behind Lumenalta’s revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and go-to-market strategy, creating systems that identify the right accounts, enrich them with relevant signals, and automate the workflows that power marketing and sales engagement.

This is a foundational role. You will establish GTM engineering as a capability at Lumenalta and help define how revenue systems scale across the organization.

What You Will Work On

  • Design and build the technical infrastructure that powers Lumenalta’s go-to-market execution
  • Develop pipelines that identify and prioritize target accounts
  • Aggregate enrichment and buying signals from multiple data sources
  • Build account and opportunity scoring models
  • Maintain and improve data quality across CRM and GTM systems
  • Design and implement automated GTM workflows for marketing and sales engagement
  • Create systems for automated research, enrichment, lead routing, and signal-triggered outreach
  • Integrate tools across the GTM technology stack, including CRM platforms, enrichment tools, marketing automation platforms, and outbound engagement systems
  • Enable rapid experimentation with new GTM strategies, ICP definitions, and pipeline generation approaches


Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in roles such as: GTM Engineering, RevOps or Marketing Ops Engineering, Growth Engineering and Solutions Engineering supporting revenue teams
  • Strong experience working with: CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, APIs and automation tools, Data enrichment and prospecting platforms and Data pipelines or SQL-based analysis
  • Ability to work at the intersection of technical systems and go-to-market strategy
  • Builder mindset with a strong bias toward automation, experimentation, and scalable systems
  • High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong collaboration skills

Salary

Salary range: CA$120,000 - CA$150,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.


Location:

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Position Details

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
