Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior developers within the team to promote knowledge sharing and improvement
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in mobile development, such as AI technologies and personal AI adoption
Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Effectively manage dependencies on third-party libraries and services
Ensure applications meet high standards for networking, caching, multitasking, and performance
Provide technical expertise during cross-platform development discussions and decision-making processes

- 3+ years of experience in Android development with knowledge of Java, App Components, and UI frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in iOS development with expertise in Swift and the iOS Platform
- Understanding of Android Design Patterns, coding conventions, and Google's Design Guidelines and Play Developer Program Policies
- Knowledge of networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android
- Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and services for mobile development
- Experience working within Agile development processes and environments
- Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting with local and remote members
- Background in developing for other mobile platforms, a plus
