- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in machine learning / AI roles
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modelling
- Experience with SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
