Primary title: Junior Frontend Developer (Entry-level)
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement pixel-accurate UI from Figma/design specs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
- Build responsive, mobile-first layouts and ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
- Connect UI components to backend services by consuming RESTful APIs and handling client-side state effectively.
- Write unit and integration tests for UI components and maintain high code quality through consistent code reviews and Git workflows.
- Instrument accessibility best practices (WCAG basics), semantic markup, and performance improvements for faster load times.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment to iterate quickly and deliver customer-facing features.
