Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 24/7 operational support across global networking, firewall, and load balancing technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents, hardware faults, and logical issues.
• Coordinate and implement changes, patching, and maintenance in line with change management processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal technology teams.
• Contribute to the design, build, and operation of strategic network infrastructure platforms.
• Drive network automation and programming initiatives.

What We Looking For:
• Proven experience in load balancing F5 or Zscaler.
• Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and multi-vendor firewall platforms.
• Hands-on experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with zero trust networking, NAC, and cloud/virtualisation concepts.
• Individuals based in the UK and ability to work in a shift pattern including weekends.
• CCNP, CCIE or equivalent certification is desirable.
