About The Role

This role involves crafting visually engaging assets across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through static and motion graphics that capture attention and drive results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative assets for A/B testing and optimization strategies, directly influencing business outcomes for our enterprise clients. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work, including digital advertising assets
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics
- Experience designing for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Interest in industry trends, AI, and automation tools that enhance marketing performance
