Job Description


About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media to manage and grow our client's online presence across key platforms. You'll be responsible for content creation, community management, and performance reporting, all in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and/or X (Twitter)

• Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy aligned with the brand voice

• Design or coordinate visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite

• Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions

• Monitor performance metrics and deliver weekly/monthly reports

• Research trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams or clients to align content with campaigns and launches

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedule


Requirements


• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (professional or agency)

• Strong written English communication skills

• Proficiency in content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)

• Basic design skills - Canva at minimum; Adobe Suite is a plus

• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading metrics and drawing insights

• Ability to manage multiple accounts/clients simultaneously

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Nice to Have


• Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

• Experience with personal brands or US-based clients
