We’re looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead the automation and execution of non‑functional testing for a mission‑critical matching engine used in the Spanish stock market ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Design & automate NF test suites (latency, capacity, failover, resilience).
- Diagnose performance issues across network, OS, and application layers.
- Build automated pipelines with modern CI/CD tools.
- Work in a real‑time, low‑latency, high‑performance environment.

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years in NF testing, Bash, Linux, Python, C/C++.
- Experience with low‑latency systems & performance troubleshooting.
- 1–3 years with Grafana, Ansible, GitLab, Airflow, OpenShift/ArgoCD.
- Very good English (spoken & written).
- Strong analytical mindset and autonomy.
