Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer (Kotlin) to join a long‑term mobile development initiative. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for building and evolving a modern native Android application that supports high‑volume consumer operations across multiple markets.
This role is ideal for an Android engineer who enjoys working with modern mobile development practices, cloud‑based backends, clean architecture, and Agile teams. The project is fully remote, but requires fluency in Czech or Slovak for collaboration within the team.

- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin
- Participate in application design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Implement new features and continuously improve existing functionality
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production and staging environments
- Contribute to process improvements, DevOps practices, and overall product quality
What Will You Need To Succeed:
- Strong hands-on experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin
- Proficiency with Android Jetpack, Coroutines, modern Android app architecture
- Experience working with SQL, data storage, and data-handling mechanisms
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and profiling tools for mobile apps
- Strong knowledge of version control using Git
- Experience working within Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid understanding of software development principles, clean code, and design patterns
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams
- Czech or Slovak language fluency
- English: professional working level
