We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing international team in Cyprus. In this role, you will work across a broad range of HR functions — from administrative tasks to people processes — helping us build a supportive, compliant and engaging environment for our team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
• Maintain and update internal HR databases and systems.
• Organize and support employee lifecycle processes (promotions, documentation).
• Ensure compliance with Cypriot labor laws and HR regulations.
• Coordinate benefits, insurance, sick leaves, and absence tracking.
• Communicate with payroll, legal and finance departments on HR-related data.
• Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.

• Support internal communication and HR policies rollout.
• Contribute to HR initiatives: engagement activities, process improvements.
• Collaborate with other administration team members and support them to facilitate the daily processes.
  
  

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in Cyprus or with international teams).
• Strong understanding of Cypriot employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in administrative HR operations and document handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), and task management tools.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and discretion.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
