This role is for experienced consultants and practitioners who want more control. It is a hybrid model: you get the high earnings and autonomy of independent work, but with institutional support (leads, infrastructure, and insurance).

The Economics

What You Will Do

Guide clients through AI transformation across strategy, implementation, and governance:

• Strategy & Advisory: Assess readiness, identify use cases, and design deployment roadmaps.
• Implementation & Delivery: Translate strategy into execution and integrate technologies within existing enterprise environments.
• Compliance & Risk: Navigate ISO standards, national regulations, and data privacy requirements.
• Client Relationships: Serve as a primary advisor to senior stakeholders (C-suite, board members).
• Practice Development: Contribute to thought leadership and build your own practice area.

Who You Are

1. Client Delivery Experience: A track record in consulting, tech vendors, startups, or government.
2. Senior Stakeholder Relationships: You are someone trusted by board members and department heads.
