- Extensive experience in product design with a strong focus on mobile and web platforms
- Prior success in a design leadership capacity where you have led design direction, ideally with a bit of team leadership experience too
- A background in digital retail or large scale marketplace environments
- Proven experience of building & scaling a design system that includes both automation and AI
- A forward thinking mindset regarding the use of AI in design process & workflow
- Ability to oversee complex projects from the initial strategy through to the final launch
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
