Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer (Cross-Platform Mobile).

We’re looking for someone who can own features end-to-end, from idea to production and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will be expected to take initiative, make decisions, and deliver real product impact. You’ll also work across mobile, backend, and infrastructure while leveraging AI tools to move faster and build smarter.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Work with native mobile frameworks when needed to implement platform-specific features or optimize performance
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs with strong attention to security and performance
• Take complete ownership of features, from requirement understanding to deployment and monitoring
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing
• Rapidly prototype and ship features with real-world impact
• Collaborate in a remote-first team and contribute to product and architecture decisions
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and clear documentation

Who You Are:

• Strong experience with React Native, Flutter or similar cross-platform frameworks
• Working knowledge of native mobile development (iOS & Android)
• Familiarity with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android)
• Experience using native frameworks and APIs when required for performance or platform-specific features
• Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs
• Worked with AI development, familiar with LLMs, and have explored generative models or AI integrations
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in your development workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for your work
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team

Good to Have:

• Deeper experience with Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
• Experience optimizing performance using native modules or platform-specific APIs
• Experience integrating AI features into products (chatbots, automation, recommendations, etc.)

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt design, and structured outputs
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or context-aware AI systems
• Experience handling API calls to AI models, including response handling and failure cases
• Basic understanding of embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
