  • Define and measure success metrics for platform reliability, internal adoption, developer velocity, and enterprise capability delivery
  • Make build-versus-buy decisions across the platform stack, taking customer-facing capabilities through launch including pricing and go-to-market considerations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and solutions teams to align priorities and maintain a coherent platform vision

Requirements

  • Strong technical fluency with authentication protocols, event-driven architectures, GraphQL, and access control models
  • Demonstrated success translating enterprise requirements into platform solutions that accelerate deals and provide competitive advantage
  • Experience building or contributing to AI infrastructure in a SaaS environment
  • Metrics-driven mindset, tracking platform adoption, reliability, developer velocity, and enterprise capability delivery
  • Proven cross-functional leadership, with the ability to influence multiple teams and maintain roadmap coherence
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI), AI tools for discovery or tradeoff analysis, vertical SaaS, or multi-tenant B2B platforms

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (approx. $141,000-$181,795 per year; higher ranges for NYC, SF Bay Area, Seattle) plus variable compensation opportunities
  • Equity participation for long-term growth potential
  • Fully remote work with monthly home office stipend
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid holidays
  • 401(k) match and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
