Your future contribution

As a Data Analyst focused on host supply, sales and product operations within the myHomeToGo teams, you will play a crucial role in advancing the analytics ecosystem that supports HomeToGo's sales, marketing, product, and finance domains. Your day-to-day work will involve utilizing cutting-edge technology and multi-terabyte datasets to develop data pipelines, build robust data models, create insightful dashboards, and conduct in-depth analyses. You will be responsible for building the data infrastructure, as well as providing data-driven recommendations, that directly help business teams develop new product features for the hosts, steer the strategy and investments across multiple entities, identify Sales opportunities, increase return on ad spend and much more.

How you’ll add value

• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Definition: Collaborate closely with business teams to identify challenges and translate these into clear requirements for data products.
• Data Reliability & Automation: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure reliable data flows for internal reporting and external vendors, thereby guaranteeing data accuracy for stakeholders and stable processes .
• Data Governance & Self-Service: Implement and manage AI Self-Service tools and Semantic Governance across various business units.
• Insight Generation & Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data narratives and facilitate the easy extraction of relevant insights.
• Prescriptive Analytics & Actionable Recommendations: Proactively utilize reporting and ad-hoc analysis results to develop and deliver actionable, data-informed recommendations to business teams
  
  

You’ll be successful in this role if you

• Bring 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g. Data Analyst or Data Engineer) within a business-facing environment
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills, including experience with data modeling and ETL transformations (experience with dbt is a plus)
• Apply intermediate Python skills to audit AI-generated code and automate lightweight workflows
• Build and maintain data visualizations using tools such as Superset, Looker, or similar
• Leverage agentic or AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Snowflake Cortex, Cursor), or show a strong willingness to learn
• Communicate effectively in English and translate complex data concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Collaborate across a wide range of business domains and stakeholders with a proactive, adaptable mindset
