This is a hands-on leadership role for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in .NET, based in Abu Dhabi, helping scale and evolve a core fintech platform. You will lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on, designing scalable backend systems and driving architecture, performance, and security best practices. You should have strong .NET/C#, experience in a lead or senior capacity, and a solid understanding of distributed systems/microservices with cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and mentoring/communication skills.

We’re working with a well-backed fintech company in Abu Dhabi that’s scaling its engineering team and looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer (.Net) to play a key role in building and evolving their core platform.
This is a hands-on leadership position — ideal for someone who enjoys coding while also guiding a team and influencing technical direction.
