In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members on high-performance, computationally intensive algorithms and contribute to optimizing them for scalability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for algorithm development and data processing
- Assist in optimizing complex computational algorithms used in biological system modeling and simulation
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of full stack data applications and visualization tools
- Work with large-scale datasets, particularly in healthcare and bioinformatics domains
- Support implementation of classical and deep learning models using Python-based frameworks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Masterโs degree is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, machine learning, and algorithm development
- Ability to understand and work with complex algorithms and dynamic data structures
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and NumPy
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
