Pay Range: $74.00 – $81.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex data, analytics, and privacy-focused initiatives within an enterprise environment.

This role combines Data & Analytics delivery with strong Data Privacy leadership, ensuring projects meet regulatory, governance, and business requirements while driving digital transformation and advanced analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and timelines

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery across the project lifecycle

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and platform initiatives

Data Privacy & Compliance Leadership

• Lead projects focused on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance

• Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Data Governance teams to ensure proper handling of sensitive data (PII)

• Oversee implementation of privacy controls (masking, access restrictions, retention, audit traceability)

• Ensure privacy requirements are embedded in user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria

Agile & Delivery Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with sprint goals

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs covering features, data quality, and compliance

• Remove blockers and coach teams to improve Agile maturity while maintaining governance standards

Data & Analytics Project Management

• Lead delivery of data pipelines, analytics solutions, dashboards, and data modernization initiatives

• Coordinate across data engineering, BI, governance, QA, and business teams

• Ensure strong data governance practices including metadata, lineage, and quality controls

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Act as the central point of communication between business, technical teams, and leadership

• Facilitate meetings, status reporting, and decision-making forums

• Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress clearly to stakeholders

Scope, Risk & Financial Management

• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and change requests

• Track budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations

• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and delivery standards

Operational Transition & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition to operations

• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 14+ years of experience managing projects in technology, data, or digital platform environments

• Strong experience delivering data, analytics, or enterprise platform projects

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

• Experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar)

• Strong risk management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise environments

• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing data privacy, compliance, or governance-related projects

• Experience with advanced analytics, data pipelines, or data modernization initiatives

• Experience working in regulated environments

• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience

• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
