Cloud Security Engineer

Your role:

• Cooperate with the development team to understand requirements and propose infrastructure architecture;
• Design and automate infrastructure deployment through IaC;
• Participate in cross-regional best practices guilds and knowledge exchange;
• Implement and maintain security tools, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our applications and infrastructure;
• Follow changes to security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations;
• Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk management;
• Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents;
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Required:

• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, technologies, and best practices;
• Experience in implementing and managing monitoring, alerting tools and vulnerability scanners;
• Experience with Azure and its related services (AppService, AKS, AKV, Private Networking);
• Experience with application containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, GitOps);
• Experience with implementing CI/CD for applications and infrastructure (Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, GitHub);
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Czech & English languages to a business level proficiency.
