We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems that enhance our platform’s intelligence and automation capabilities. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to take models from experimentation to production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and impact.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, shipping production-ready ML systems, and working in a high-ownership environment.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment
- Own the lifecycle of ML models, including training, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining
- Implement and manage MLOps practices for scalable and reliable model deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency
- Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across ML workflows
- Continuously improve deployment pipelines and automate workflows (CI/CD for ML)
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them where relevant
- 1+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, or similar)
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines to production
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience with APIs and integrating ML models into backend systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
