The Opportunity

We are hiring a Head of Product / Product Lead to drive the development of an AI-powered marketing SaaS platform for US brands.

This is a core leadership role reporting directly to the CEO / COO. You will own the full product lifecycle—from 0→1 product definition to commercialization and scaling—building a globally competitive product at the intersection of AI and KOL marketing.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company growth objectives

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: requirement definition, R&D collaboration, iteration, launch, and optimization

• Design and standardize AI-driven KOL marketing workflows across campaign setup, execution, and analytics

• Translate AI capabilities into scalable, user-friendly SaaS product features

• Work closely with engineering, AI, and business teams to ensure efficient product delivery

• Leverage data, user feedback, and market insights (especially US clients) to drive product decisions

• Align product development with commercialization goals and revenue outcomes

• Build and lead product processes in a fast-scaling, high-ownership environment


Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management, serving US market

• Strong track record of building 0→1 products and owning the full product lifecycle

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and execution capability in fast-paced environments

• Business-level English proficiency (internal collaboration focused; native fluency not required)

Mandarin proficiency is required (to work closely with internal teams)

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate at a leadership level


Strong Plus

• Experience in AI, martech, or marketing automation products
