Big Blue Marble builds advanced, reliable video streaming solutions. We develop and run our own production ready platform, trusted by clients worldwide and used by millions of viewers to watch live TV, movies, series, and VOD across devices, from phones and tablets to computers and TVs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and improve our STB apps, shipping features and boosting performance and stability.
  • Work with backend, frontend, design and QA to deliver solid releases, with mobile involved from day one.
  • Own mobile-to-STB integration: pairing, discovery, connectivity, device communication, remote control and content handoff.
  • Join code reviews and give clear, practical feedback.
  • Keep quality high: write clean, testable code, improve existing modules, and add automation where it helps.
  • Help grow our Mobile Chapter by sharing knowledge, mentoring when needed, and shaping standards and tooling.

Our Requirements

  • At least 2 years of commercial experience working with Android and Kotlin,
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, design pattern and SOLID principles,
  • Familiarity with ORM (e.g., Room),
  • Analytical thinking skills and a willingness to learn,
  • Communicative English skills (minimum B2),
  • Commitment, openness, and a positive attitude 🙂
