2. About the Opportunity:

The AI Systems Engineer will design and implement internal tools to improve operational efficiency across multiple teams within the organization. This role involves identifying organizational challenges and developing practical, AI-powered, and automated solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, the position impacts core business operations by delivering production-ready software that enhances productivity and streamlines workflows. The role is full-time, based in the New York City office with remote work flexibility.

3. Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy internal tools addressing operational challenges in engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams

• Design AI-powered workflows to improve productivity, knowledge management, and decision-making

• Develop automation systems to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency

• Integrate AI technologies into existing workflows and platforms such as Slack

• Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership to identify and implement high-impact solutions

• Deliver production-quality code that supports the organization’s operational infrastructure

### 4. Requirements:

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• Proven software development experience with completed projects in personal, academic, or professional settings

• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Interest or experience in AI integration, API development, and workflow automation

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on coding solutions

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, flexible environments

• Strong communication skills to convey technical impact to business stakeholders

• Bonus: Experience with Slack apps, AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), web scraping, data processing, or cybersecurity tools

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $250,000, excluding benefits and potential bonuses

• Final offer depends on role, seniority, location, contract type, skills, experience, and education
