This role will function across networking, cloud, endpoint, and cybersecurity domains, partnering closely with our penetration testing and account management teams. This is a role for someone who can speak fluently to a CISO about risk posture in the morning and troubleshoot a Cisco Meraki network deployment in the afternoon.
Responsibilities:

- Partner with penetration testing teams to translate vulnerability findings into actionable, context-aware remediation guidance tailored to each customer’s environment
- Collaborate with account management to field technical inquiries, scope engagements, and ensure customers receive clear, honest answers and status updates
- Contribute to vCISO engagements, managing project timelines, coordinating across cybersecurity and account management teams, and delivering strategic security recommendations
- Mentor and develop associate-level engineers through hands-on guidance, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Build and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with technology research and development, helping evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and vendors as customer needs evolve
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in network design, deployment, and administration
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration across Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms
- 3+ years of experience applying cybersecurity principles across infrastructure, identity, and endpoint protection
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint and client device management (MDM, EDR, policy enforcement)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Defender Suite and Purview Suite
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technology consulting or service delivery
- Experience scoping and architecting multi-vendor technology environments
- Ability to write clear, professional reports and explain risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-trust environment
