Timing: 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM EST

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

With over seven years of professional experience, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas into high-impact visual content. The ideal candidate is a master of layout, typography, and digital strategy, specifically within the realm of editorial and newsletter design.


Key Responsibilities


Newsletter Mastery: Lead the end-to-end design process for weekly and monthly newsletters, ensuring high engagement through innovative layouts and mobile-first optimization.


Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital and print platforms to ensure visual consistency.


Conceptual Design: Develop high-level creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.


Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to align visual assets with long-form copy and strategic goals.


Mentorship: Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.


Required Qualifications


Experience: 7+ years of experience in a professional design role (Agency or In-house).


Technical Suite: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Canva for digital publishing.


Communication: Exceptional command of the English language; able to catch copy errors and ensure typography complements the tone of the content.


Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in complex newsletter design, editorial layouts, and brand identity.


Education: Bachelor’s degree / masters in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
