KRIS GETHIN GYMS is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of franchise expansion and membership growth through performance marketing and SEO.
This is not a typical marketing role - we are looking for someone who understands numbers, funnels, and conversions, and can directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

* Drive qualified leads for franchise expansion
* Increase gym memberships through digital channels

* Work on landing pages, funnels, and audience targeting
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, and strategies for better ROI
Requirements
