🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
You’ll collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with content and design teams on creative assets
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing pages
- Experience with content marketing or copywriting
- Understanding of attribution models and funnel analysis
