Hallo!

I’m looking for a German Storage Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking Technology company, one that specialises in large Data Service and Management, and that gives you the opportunity to work from home !

What’s the role?

  • Providing Technical Support via telephone, web or auto support.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging products.

We would love for you to be/have: (we don’t expect you to have all of them!!)

  • Customer focused
  • Prior enterprise support experience preferred (B2B)
  • Good knowledge of hardware system architecture
  • CIFS and NFS protocols knowledge
  • TCP/IP, routing, network troubleshooting, Virtualization
  • LINUS/ Windows and VMware experience
  • Native German & fluency in English

An extra few information:

  • Salary 60.000€-70.000€
  • WFH anywhere in Ireland (Office in Cork City – might be required to go in office once or twice/ month)
  • Relocation package provided (flights and temporarily accommodation covered, up to 4k).
  • Complete benefit package.
  • Internal promotions happening rapidly.
