Their platform provides the infrastructure to launch and scale virtual care services, enabling healthcare organizations, digital health brands, and partners to automate and manage critical components of the patient care journey.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join their engineering team. This role focuses on enhancing their core Case Management product by building robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
The technology stack is modern and strictly typed, leveraging TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Apollo, and Vue.js across all layers. The successful candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of their Google Cloud and Firebase-based infrastructure.
This is a full‑stack JavaScript role working across frontend and backend systems to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. As the position will require communication with clients and cross‑functional teams, the ideal candidate must be a strong, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly.

What You’ll Do
End-to-End Development
- Own features from database design through to polished user interface delivery.

- Architect and maintain scalable GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Apollo Server, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
Cloud & Infrastructure
