- Bachelor's degree and master is preferred.
- 6+ years in project/program management within engineering or technical environments, with strong technical program leadership and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of hardware engineering concepts (high-speed signal, power/analog design, CPU complex, Ethernet switching, multi-layer PCB, high pin-count BGA) and hardware/software integration.
- Strong knowledge of production life cycle management, understand NPI basic process. Experience in leading NPI programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques for complex electronic assemblies and product development through ODM/JDM partners.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office; excellent English communication skills for influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; able to clarify complex technical concepts and deliver under pressure with attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on time in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Strong experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management to define requirements and technical designs.
