About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining features across our entire technology stack, including frontend interfaces and backend services. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the health journey of our users by building scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from technical requirements and architecture discussions to implementation and optimization. We value individuals who think critically about the purpose behind their work, ask insightful questions, and aspire to take ownership of technical design decisions. Collaborating closely with our engineering manager and cross-functional teams, you will help shape how we build and evolve our systems, ensuring that our technology remains robust, user-centric, and forward-looking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred but not mandatory
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience across both frontend and backend
• Proficiency with at least two of the following: PHP, Vue.js, React Native, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Experience contributing to or creating technical documentation such as Technical Design Records (TDRs), design documents, or Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
• Systems-thinking mindset, understanding how different components interact within complex systems
• Enthusiasm or experience with agentic AI workflows, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, or prompt-driven development
• Comfort working across the full stack, with a willingness to learn and adapt as needed

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full technology stack, including frontend and backend components
• Collaborate on Technical Requirements Documents (TDRs) and contribute to system architecture and design discussions
• Participate in evaluating trade-offs and making informed architecture decisions as systems evolve
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code, and participate in thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards
• Partner with product and design teams to translate user needs into effective technical solutions
• Leverage agentic AI workflows to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and increase productivity
• Assist in improving development processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance team efficiency
• Contribute to the onboarding and mentoring of junior team members when applicable
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows
