DevOps Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:

The DevOps Engineer role focuses on developing and maintaining automation to streamline infrastructure and application deployment within a cloud environment. This position contributes to scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure by collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing cloud technologies. The role ensures operational efficiency and system reliability through automation and rapid troubleshooting, impacting the organization''s ability to deliver seamless digital customer engagement.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and Bash

• Collaborate with development, operations, and cross-functional teams to create and deploy automation strategies

• Architect and manage scalable, secure infrastructure using cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum 2 years of Python programming experience focused on automation and scripting

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 USD, with final compensation based on location, skills, experience, education, and certifications
