Job Posting: Recruitment Coordinator (Remote - Day Shift)

This is a critical DAY SHIFT role. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the key to keeping our hiring process running like a well-oiled machine, managing the day-to-day logistics of recruitment during standard business hours. This allows us to efficiently find and welcome top-tier talent who will help us continue to deliver world-class support while supporting your work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Screen resumes and initial video interviews (via Hireflix).
  • Manage all candidate communication, from first contact to job offer.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and align on needs.
  • Support the team by contributing to our recruitment SOPs and internal communication.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience (required).
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with the E-commerce industry or a keen interest to learn.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable team player.
