We're working with a high-growth IT transformation consultancy on this exciting opportunity. They are looking for a versatile ITSM expert to lead complex tooling deployments and bridge the gap between technical architecture and business value.
This is a high-impact role where you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow or Halo to transform service delivery for enterprise clients across the UK. You will join an agile team known for technical excellence and deep ITIL integration expertise.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end installation and configuration of elite ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow or Halo ITSM.
- Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems and third-party interfaces to create a unified service ecosystem.
- Drive the design of ITSM processes, ensuring seamless alignment with ITIL service lifecycles and business workflows.
- Take ownership of problem analysis and structured design, utilizing advanced programming techniques to customize platform functionality.
- Manage technical stakeholder relationships to ensure tooling solutions meet specific client operational requirements.
