About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. This role involves developing and maintaining cutting-edge web functionalities for our enterprise web applications, supporting our operational and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and operational staff, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our logistics platforms. Initially based remotely from India, the role offers opportunities for relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period, approximately 12 months. The Web Developer will play a vital role in driving technological advancements within our organization, ensuring our digital infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and innovative.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases, version control tools such as Git or SVN, and web server environments like Apache or Nginx is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, combined with hands-on experience in software development, is required. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, as well as knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and system testing, will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a keen interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative research to solve complex business challenges. Experience with OCR frameworks and understanding of logistics or depot workflows are preferred. Fluency in Hindi or Arabic is considered an added advantage for regional collaboration.
