Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing on-page and technical SEO improvements, maintaining website performance, and implementing structural updates across client websites. This role focuses on improving site speed, usability, accessibility, and overall SEO health while ensuring ongoing site accuracy and optimization. The Analyst owns day-to-day board tasks, Market Leader optimization setups, and website performance enhancements to ensure client websites remain fully optimized and functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement on page and technical SEO improvements, including internal linking, site structure, schema, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Build and update area pages, service pages, and landing pages using Bootstrap 5, HTML, and CSS
- Maintain website content, layouts, images, forms, and contact details while ensuring mobile, desktop, and accessibility standards
- Troubleshoot crawl, indexing, performance, and usability issues across the website
- Manage Market Leader updates, Yext integrations, platform optimizations, and related support requests
- Support performance tracking, analytics event setup, SEO improvements, and monthly reporting updates
- Assist with new page builds, redesigns, client requested features, and cross team website projects

Qualifications:
- Atleast 3-5 years relevant Digital Marketing experience with strong technical SEO knowledge (on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data)
- Knowledge of Bootstrap 5, HTML, and CSS
- Experience improving PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals
- Understanding of accessibility (ADA compliance) standards
- CMS proficiency
- Ability to implement schema and structured data
- Familiarity with analytics tracking and event setup
- Experience managing integrations such as Yext
- Basic understanding of website UX principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
