The Role
Our client is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support a growing business in the fitness coaching space. This role will directly support three fitness coaches while working closely with the business owner to elevate brand presence, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on marketing role ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience who is eager to take ownership, bring forward creative ideas, and leverage AI and automation tools to streamline execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and highly skilled in Canva-based content creation. They are passionate about branding, storytelling, and digital growth, and thrive in a fully remote, high-accountability environment.
Location: Must be residing in the Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT)

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic creation
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts
- Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Comfortable learning and utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Experience editing podcasts.
- Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Kajabi, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools.

- Manage and maintain the content calendar for Instagram and Facebook.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts consistently.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize AI scheduling and optimization tools to maximize engagement and reach.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips).
- Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects.
- Build automated email sequences.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Segment lists and personalize communications to improve engagement.
