Job Description


Insight Global is seeking a Cloudflare ZTNA Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of Cloudflare’s Zero Trust Network Access solution across our organization. This role is critical to establishing a secure, scalable, and modern access framework for our users, applications, and data—starting from a greenfield environment with no existing ZTNA infrastructure.


This will be a 6 month contract with extensions, sitting fully remote in one of the approved states: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.


Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning:

- Assess current network architecture and security posture.

- Design a comprehensive Cloudflare ZTNA implementation roadmap tailored to organizational needs.

- Define success metrics and milestones for deployment.


Implementation & Configuration

- Set up Cloudflare Zero Trust dashboard and configure policies for identity-based access.

- Integrate identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and configure authentication flows.

- Deploy Cloudflare Tunnel for secure access to internal applications.

- Configure device posture checks, DNS filtering, and secure web gateway features.


Testing & Validation

- Conduct pilot testing with key user groups.

- Validate access controls, performance, and failover scenarios.

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.


Training & Documentation

- Create technical documentation and user guides.

- Train IT staff on administration and support procedures.

- Provide knowledge transfer and post-deployment support.


Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience implementing Cloudflare ZTNA or similar Zero Trust solutions.

- Strong understanding of network security, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.

- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare services, including Access, Gateway, and Tunnel.

- Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and endpoint security integrations.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in the finance and education industry

- Cloudflare Zero Trust Specialist

- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
