We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join us as the Campaign Manager. If you have a passion for performance marketing, a track record of managing successful ad campaigns, and experience leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing campaigns Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
  • Develop and execute high-impact advertising strategies to drive client success and maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct deep campaign analysis and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Develop testing frameworks for A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their advertising goals and KPIs are met.
  • Present campaign insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with BI analysts, creative teams, and developers to streamline operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or media buying.
  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data analysis, attribution models, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in budget management for multi-million-dollar ad spends.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+) – able to present data and strategy effectively.
