This means no two days are the same—you’ll work on diverse projects, across industries, and in collaboration with a team of 250+ professionals in 60+ countries.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Leading, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, display, remarketing) to drive measurable ROI.
• Planning, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, content, paid campaigns).
• Conducting market and competitor research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Writing, proofreading, and editing SEO-driven content independently (minimal briefs; you’ll research and structure content yourself).
• Brainstorming and developing creative marketing campaigns for both Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
• Optimizing web content and campaigns for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Managing multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Plan, write and create posts for social media channels.

The skills and traits we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience across multiple channels (PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation)
• Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns (Google Ads and paid social) with clear, data-backed results. 
• Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset—able to identify challenges and propose smart, data-driven solutions.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content independently.
• Versatile and adaptable—able to quickly learn new tools, industries, and campaign types.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute creative ideas.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with email automation, lead generation for B2B and influencer marketing. 
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, or CRM tools.

• Rate Range: Your starting rate is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
• This is an hourly, independent contractor position. Compensation is based solely on hours worked. As an independent contractor role, this position does not include PTO.
• Compensation is paid monthly via wire transfer.
