A high-growth SaaS company in the Remote Work Productivity and HR Tech sector building cloud-native collaboration tools for distributed teams. We design scalable web applications that prioritise performance, accessibility, and delightful UX. This is a remote role based in India for an entry-level engineer eager to grow as a full-stack practitioner.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript while implementing accessible and mobile-first designs.
- Build and maintain server-side APIs and services with Node.js/Express and integrate with databases and third-party RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, well-tested code—author unit and integration tests and participate actively in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into reliable, performant features and deliverables.
- Diagnose and fix bugs, optimise performance across front-end and back-end, and monitor production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, deployments, and maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides.
