About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in PHP/Laravel and strong, proven experience in Artificial Intelligence.

You are a builder at heart — someone who enjoys modernizing legacy systems, improving architecture, and shipping meaningful product features. You are comfortable working in a small team where your technical decisions directly shape the product and engineering culture.

You bring hands-on experience integrating and leveraging AI into real-world products, using tools like Claude Code and other AI systems as a core part of your workflow. You understand not just how to use AI tools, but how to apply them effectively to improve development speed, product capabilities, and system design.

You bring strong ownership, think in systems, and balance speed with long-term scalability. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using PHP (Laravel), TypeScript, VueJS, and TailwindCSS

• Modernize legacy systems and contribute to evolving the platform into a scalable, clean architecture

• Solve complex engineering challenges related to data integrity and zero-downtime deployments

• Improve code quality by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and best practices (TDD)

• Optimize backend performance, including SQL queries and application bottlenecks

• Architect and lead development of complex features from concept to production

• Collaborate with leadership to shape product direction and technical roadmap

• Conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers to elevate team standards

• Build scalable, reusable frontend component systems

• Integrate AI capabilities into the product and development workflows where relevant

• Leverage tools like Claude Code and other AI assistants to accelerate development and improve output quality

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong focus on PHP and Laravel

• Proven experience building and scaling modern SaaS applications

• Strong, hands-on experience working with AI tools and integrating AI into software products

• Solid understanding of how AI can be applied to improve engineering workflows and product capabilities

• Strong expertise in software architecture and system design

• Advanced frontend experience with VueJS (Composition API), TypeScript, and TailwindCSS

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and deployments (AWS, DigitalOcean, OVH)

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipeline implementation

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL, including schema design and query optimization

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including TDD and integration testing

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive technical decisions

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
