Job Description


These roles are open in various locations in TX and NY - they do require you to be onsite.


A rapidly scaling AI infrastructure platform is hiring Lead Data Center Technician's to support AI data center deployments in Texas and New York.


This specific role is focused on critical infrastructure and is a hands-on role where you will be leading through example v being a people manager. You will be a senior onsite authority responsible for power, cooling and reliability across the facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversight of generators, UPS systems, switchgear, transformers

• Chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, and liquid cooling systems

• Redundancy strategy and concurrent maintainability (2N / N+1)

• Capacity planning and infrastructure risk management

• High-risk change management in live environments

• Commissioning support (L1–L5)

• Infrastructure incident escalation and response


This role requires prior data center experience.


We are looking for operators who have:

• Strong hyperscale and/or AI data center experience

• Owned uptime in a 24x7 production environment

• Strong electrical and mechanical depth in critical infrastructure

• Experience in Tier III / IV or hyperscale environments


Multiple Locations (relocation required - $10k relocation bonus)
