POSITION

This role sits at the intersection of pricing, localization, and market expansion.


We’re looking for a Product Manager who is deeply curious about how users behave in different countries — how they perceive value, respond to pricing, interpret language, and what actually makes a product win in their local context.


You’ll own how Retake monetizes and how it adapts across markets. That includes pricing, paywalls, and offers, but also identifying market-specific opportunities — from messaging and positioning to feature ideas or product tweaks that resonate in particular geographies.


Today, most of our revenue comes from the US and Brazil. Your role is to help unlock what’s next by turning user insight, data, and experimentation into product decisions that allow Retake to scale globally.


You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing to turn market understanding into shipped product.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


Pricing & Monetization

  • Own Retake’s pricing strategy across subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts, and geo-specific offers.
  • Design and run pricing and monetization experiments to improve conversion, ARPU, and long-term revenue.
  • Use data and qualitative insight to understand how value perception differs across markets.


Localization & Market Expansion

  • Lead Retake’s localization strategy, moving beyond translation to true market adaptation.
  • Build scalable processes and quality standards for localization.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential markets in collaboration with growth and marketing.
  • Propose and drive market-specific product ideas — features, flows, or positioning changes that improve local adoption and performance.
  • Measure success at a market level and iterate based on results.


Raising the Bar Across Codeway

  • Turn learnings from pricing, localization, and market expansion at Retake into reusable best practices.
  • Share insights and frameworks with product, growth, and leadership teams across Codeway.
  • Act as a reference point for monetization and localization topics across the organization.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You bring 2+ years of experience working with data and analysis, using funnels, cohorts, experiments, and metrics to understand and improve user behavior.
  • You’ve worked on pricing, monetization, growth, or experimentation problems, and know how these levers drive real business impact.
  • You combine analytical rigor with creativity — especially when it comes to pricing, paywalls, and value perception.
  • You work well across engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
  • You take ownership naturally, think like a builder, and enjoy driving change.


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with subscription products, gaming economies, or data-heavy consumer apps.
  • Exposure to localization, international expansion, or market-specific product work.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or A/B testing.
  • Experience working on AI-powered or creative tools.
