2. What You Will Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across both internal tools and customer-facing experiences. You’ll play a key role in setting product strategy, translating customer needs into scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality launches that align with business objectives.You will:
- Help define and evolve the long-term vision for products used by customers and internal teams.
- Deeply understand customer needs through research, data analysis, and direct feedback.
- Identify, prioritize, and size opportunities to build near-term and long-term product roadmaps.
- Work backward from user needs to define technical capabilities and product requirements.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, culinary, customer support, and external vendors.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions and tradeoffs.
- Lead successful product launches and iterate across multiple product life cycles.
- Contribute to technical discussions and collaborate with engineering on solution design and strategy.

3. Ideal Background
he ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager with strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including work on consumer-facing products.
- Experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of launching, iterating, and scaling products across multiple life cycles.
- Ability to balance long-term product strategy with short-term execution.
- Strong customer advocacy skills and comfort making thoughtful tradeoffs.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around product-related technical decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and build business cases.
- Comfort self-serving data (intermediate SQL and Excel experience is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or manufacturing software is a plus.
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
