The Opportunity
Are you a digital-native marketer looking to make your mark on a global scale? kiimento is Canada’s fastest-growing kids' tech brand, and we are looking for a high-energy Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this hands-on, high-ownership role, you’ll be on the front lines of our digital growth, helping manage our DTC website, Amazon storefront, and social presence. This is the perfect role for a "doer" who loves consumer products and wants to see their work directly impact sales and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do
You will support our growth engine by assisting with the day-to-day execution of campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
1. Digital & Social Execution
- Ad Support: Help launch and monitor ad sets across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You'll assist in tracking performance and suggesting optimizations.
- Amazon & Retail: Assist in managing Amazon Ads and updating product listings for Amazon and retail partners.
- Content Creation: Help concept and produce creative assets (copy and visuals) for social media, including IG Reels, Youtube videos and TikToks.
2. Community & Influencers
- Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential influencer partners and parent-creators.
- UGC Management: Organize and catalogue UGC for use across our marketing channels.
- Engagement: Help manage our community on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

3. Retention & Operations
- Email & SMS: Assist in setting up newsletters and automated flows in Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Site Updates: Help keep our Shopify store fresh with updated banners, product descriptions, and seasonal promotions.
- Reporting: Compile weekly data on traffic, sales, and ad spend to help the team make data-driven decisions.
What You Need to Have
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably within a DTC or E-commerce environment.
- Technical Familiarity: You’ve spent time inside Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. You know your way around an ad manager (Meta or Google).
- Creative Tools: Proficiency with Figma, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a major asset. You should be comfortable editing a quick video or social graphic.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write catchy, clear copy for social captions and emails.
- Location: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
