Job Description
Established in 2011, DaySmart Vet (powered by Vetter Software) has remained dedicated to delivering easy-to-use, cloud-based practice management software tailored to meet the needs of veterinary clinics of all sizes and specialties. Our mission is to empower clinics by automating tasks, streamlining workflows, and improving client communication. From appointment scheduling and reminders to inventory management and payment processing, our comprehensive platform handles it all, allowing clinics to focus on what matters most—their patients.
About The Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the DaySmart Vet team. This is a
hands-on, well-rounded role where you'll work side-by-side with experienced SaaS marketers across the
full marketing mix — from campaign execution and brand building to customer advocacy and cross-
functional collaboration. If you want to grow fast, make an impact, and work in a category you can feel
good about, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-touch campaigns targeting both net-new prospects via demand gen and the existing customer base — including churn reduction, product launches, upsell, add-on, and attachment plays.
- Manage campaign timelines, coordinate across stakeholders, and communicate objectives, deliverables, and instructions clearly and proactively.
- Bring a creative and strategic lens to marketing assets across channels: landing pages, blog posts, webinars, case studies, success stories, emails, and more.
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with existing customers to feature them in case studies, testimonials, and other advocacy initiatives.
- Help turn happy customers into one of our most powerful marketing channels.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment — you've done this before and
- you're hungry to do more.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills — you can switch from punchy ad copy to long-form blog content without losing your voice.
- Sharp organizational instincts — you keep projects on track without anyone having to ask.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar platforms.
- A creative and strategic mindset — you think about the 'why' behind every campaign, not just the 'what.'
- SaaS, tech, or software industry background is a bonus, but not required — curiosity and drive matter more.
